Introduction to Poly Fusion Poly Fusion is the process of joining thermoplastic pipe using heat and pressure. This method is commonly associated with joining high-density polyethylene (HDPE) but is also common for other thermoplastics such as polypropylene (i.e. Aquatherm).
These processes are used by our contractors for utility water piping, gas utility mains as well as many other commercial and industrial applications. Brother Dennis Morris is factory trained by Aquatherm and McElroy and is a National Resource Trainer for NAUSC (National Association of Union Schools and Colleges).
